"Weddings take months of planning for the anticipated day. Early on Vicky Randall was recommended to us by several other vendors. After the first meeting we knew she was the one. Her intelligence, honesty and vigor were quickly apparent and we hired her with no reservation. Indeed, on the day, she and her crew showed up on time and took over the dining room completely.. they set up and there were no further worries. This included 4 different guests with different food requirements! Everyone felt pampered and relaxed. We heartily recommend Vicky and her crew without reservation. "After 34 years in banking, my husband retired in November, 2011. My family and I wanted to have a huge celebration and invited over 230 people, of which 200 attended. I had never done an event of this nature and was scrambling to find a "party planner" to help when low and behold, I found Vicky Randall. We met and began to build a party, explaining I wanted an elegant theme with warmth, charm and WOW from our guests - especially my husband - as they entered the ballroom. She showed me photos of her buffet tables she had designed at different events explaining all the decorations from silver candle sticks, to silver chargers, to chaffing dishes, to battery operated tea lights to gorgeous, multi-colored silk linens and runners ~ were her personal collections which we would use. We had twinkling lights in four huge trees around the ballroom ~ black linen table cloths with red roses at the buffet table, white spider mums surrounded with pistachio-colored roses on 20 of the guests tables. When we opened to the doors to greet our guests ~ my husband, family and I were in awe of the magic Vicky created with her staff. It looked as beautiful as any elaborate events we have attended at our resorts in Tucson. If there was a problem ~ I never knew about it ~ Vicky took care of it. Vicky even thought to bring my husband and me bottled water to sip as he gave his final farewell to our friends, while a recording of Frank Sinatra's, I Did it My Way played in the background ~ it was a fairy tale event for us that night and we are so grateful to Vicky Randall, her staff and their hard work. We'll never forget it."

Retirement Party

"We first used Vicky for a very special birthday dinner for my wife. Vicky came about one hour early to see the kitchen area and where the sit down dinner guests were to be seated. Vicky made sure our guests had a drink in their hands and hors d' oeuvres on their plate at all times. The dinner was served fast and dishes cleared as people finished. When Vicky left our home, you never knew we ever had a party.
Our second experience with Vicky and her wait staff happened on our 50th wedding anniversary weekend. Vicky and Monica came to the dinning area we were using at a hotel and set up a buffet area, complete with her beautiful table cloths, candle stick, etc in our special color theme. The tables where our guests were sitting, she put decorations on each, this as far as I was concerned was up and above what I expected her to do.
Vicky is such a professional, sincere, efficient and caring person, she treats you like a special friend.

"We have used Vicky's service for two weddings of our daughters at our house, one in 2012 and one this year. Each time the service was stellar. Before the event, Vicky helped us think through things like the timing, the setting and arrangement of tables, the placement of the bar and the dance floor, the traffic flow. On the day of the event Vicky comes in with her incredibly efficient and helpful staff and they just take over, handling the setting of the tables, the final preparation of the food, the service, and the cleanup. They are proactive in spotting problems and heading them off. It feels like you have a bunch of very professional, very competent friends helping you enjoy the day without worrying about details or logistics. At the end of the evening everything was put away and cleaned up and we could go to bed enjoying the memory of a wonderful day. I cannot recommend them more highly."
